We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Simone Pérèle lingerie; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like briefs and adhesive bras must remain in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your unworn items with original tags and labels into the original shipping box or a secure alternative.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt to track the status of your refund.
